  2. 1/2 eachRed Onion
  3. 1 eachAnaheim Pepper
  4. 1 eachBell Pepper
  5. 3 cloveGarlic
  6. 1/2 bunchCilantro
  7. 3 eachLimes

Cooking Instructions

    Dice all veggies. Remove the seeds from the peppers (unless you like the heat).

    Start placing the veggies in a bowl. Bell pepper.

    Anaheim Pepper.

  4. 4

    Onions.

  5. 5

    Tomatoes.

  6. 6

    Cilantro.

  7. 7

    Garlic.

  8. 8

    Add lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix.

  9. 9

    Store in the fridge for about a week.
