Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 1Scotch bonnet
  3. 1tatase
  4. 1 clovegarlic
  5. 2small onions
  6. 3 tbspwater
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tspknorr chicken
  9. 4 tbspvegetable oil
  10. 1side of cucumber

Cooking Instructions

    Peel garlic and onions and wash. Chop well and set aside.

  2. 2

    Wash pepper and deseed. Finely chop.

  3. 3

    Wash cucumber, cut into small dices for garnish.

  4. 4

    Break eggs, add water, and beat properly. Add salt and knorr chicken beat, again.

  5. 5

    Heat pan. Add oil when hot add onions and garlic and stir fry for 3min.

  6. 6

    Lower heat and add pepper stir for 30secs. Add beaten eggs and use a spatula to gentle stir and when set take off heat and serve. Garnish with cucumber.
