Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Dried cart fish
  3. Fresh locos beans (Eru)
  4. Scotch bonnet
  5. Onion
  6. Palm oil
  7. Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Mash scotch and onion, put water in a pot and put to fire, add ur mashed scotch and onion add seasoning, locos beans, Palm oil and salt to taste cover pot and leave to boil

  2. 2

    Add hot water and salt to fish wash, add salt and hot water to the rice and wash too then pour them to the boiling ingredients and leave to cook till done and serve
