I immediately thought to myself, now that's interesting. I know many people in Nigeria love to eat their bananas with groundnut.I have read different banana bread recipes and I found out this is one treat you can allow your creativity shine. Got some chocolate chips, Add it! Some Almonds? Throw it in! Some dates? Oh Yes! You can also get creative with the spices you add (Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, All Spice and even Cardamom)Here at MK, we're all about creatively using ingredients that can be easily sourced. Banana bread are versatile,perfect for morning tea.They are mostly topped and filled with nuts,chocolates etc but I prefer mine plain flavoured with cinnamon,vanilla or clove.The dense,and moist texture of this bread made me fall in love with it for the first time I tasted it.It is one of our family's favourite we can't do without.Try it out and you will definitely love it. #FPPC

I love bananas, who doesn’t love this soft and amazing rich fruit? You can always find them stashed in my fridge. Banana bread are easy to make and the best way to use those over ripe bananas. Yes don’t throw them away cause you can use them to make so many recipes with them as they contain higher amount of sugar compared to the normal ripe bananas. #bakeabread

Banana bread has a delightful golden brown caramelized crust and the batter contains a reasonable amount of banana for a moist and heavenly banana flavour. I had overripe bananas sitting in my kitchen and this came to mind. You won't toss away those overripe bananas again after trying out this yummy bread recipe.

I never liked banana bread but my kids have always asked me to make for them. Luckily I came across a recipe and decided to try it. Believe me, it's lovely! It doesn't have that overwhelming banana smell when you are done. It tastes great. In fact I made a second batch the very next day for breakfast.
