I cooksnap this recipe from Glory and i couldn't wait for it to come out of the oven; Brenda was just laughing at me all through but Yes i finally made my first Banana Bread.

Recently the baker in me started showing up and this was one of the recipe i started with; i was too depress to take a picture of the first ever banana bread i made but I have been working on this recipe for a while now and i finally got my perfect banana bread recipe.

Banana bread are versatile,perfect for morning tea.They are mostly topped and filled with nuts,chocolates etc but I prefer mine plain flavoured with cinnamon,vanilla or clove.The dense,and moist texture of this bread made me fall in love with it for the first time I tasted it.It is one of our family's favourite we can't do without.Try it out and you will definitely love it. #FPPC

I never liked banana bread but my kids have always asked me to make for them. Luckily I came across a recipe and decided to try it. Believe me, it's lovely! It doesn't have that overwhelming banana smell when you are done. It tastes great. In fact I made a second batch the very next day for breakfast.

So i have been trying to improve my banana bread recipe and i think am getting there small small this particular recipe was super moist

Whenever there are overripe bananas in the house I'm always happy because it is that time for banana bread and it does not last 2 days ...lol

I love quick breads because they are so versatile. You can add so many things or keep it real simple. I made this with left over whipping cream in place of buttermilk. It made the bread soooo moist and slathered it in home made chocolate glaze. It's awesome without the glaze too.

I thought of bread today for breakfast,it has being a while so delicious.

Most times in my home, we trash banana once they are over ripe, which pains me alot, so I decided to use the banana for another better nourishment of great valve. Yummilcious, mouth blowing, tastebud changing banana bread.#bakeabread#

Its been long 😀.i missed cookpad🙂. So wit d lockdown,i cudnt get fresh bread nd i had left over bananas.So,i decided to mek d best nd easiest banana bread/cake😋😋

I made this bread using exactly Brenda's recipe and everybody at home wanted more; just like agog bread; I intend to try it again one of these weekend
