Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 CupsAll-purpose flour
  2. 3/4 Cupbrown sugar
  3. 1/2 Cupmelted butter
  4. 2Fresh eggs
  5. 4overripe bananas
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1 tspbaking soda
  8. 1 tspsalt(if using oil or unsalted butter)
  9. Mixed fruits (optional)
  10. 50 mlMilk
  11. Sesame seeds for topping(optional)

    Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl and set aside
    In another bowl mix the sugar and butter/ oil until a bit fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time and mix.

    Add in the dry ingredients mixture (All purpose flour, baking soda baking powder and salt) gradually and fold in by alternating with the milk

    Add in the fruits and fold in then pour into the already grease bread pan, bake in a preheated oven until a tooth pick comes out clean.
