Add Cooksnap

1and 1/2 cups of green cabbage
1 cupshredded rainbow carrots
1 cupmayonnaise
1 tablespoonwhite sugar
1 tbspapple cider vinegar
2 tablespoonshalf and half or heavy cream
1/2 cupgrated yellow onion
1eighth of a teaspoon of celery
1eighth of a teaspoon of lemon pepper
1eighth of a teaspoon of mustard seed
to tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

First mix the dressing with the mayonnaise the apple cider vinegar, the sugar and the seasonings. Set aside to marinate

Shred the cabbage and the onion and the carrots. Rinse the cabbage and carrots and drain if necessary.

Pour the dressing on to the cabbage and carrot mixture. Mix well. Let sit for a few hours and you have cabbage and carrot coleslaw.

This is inspired by a condiment/side that they serve at my favorite Mexican restaurant, El Molino Central, in Sonoma, CA.My version is super simple, fast, and great as an addition to tacos or as a base for a taco bowl type meal.
