Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 4leaves Cabbage
  2. 4 tbspWhole kernel corn
  3. For the dressing
  4. 4 tbspMayonnaise
  5. 2 tbspApple cider vinegar (or regular vinegar)
  6. 1 tbspLemon juice
  7. 4 tbspVegetable oil
  8. 1 tbspSugar
  9. 1/2 tspSalt
  10. 1 pinchPepper

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and mix well.

    Wash the cabbage leaves and remove the stems. ※Use the stems in soups.

  3. 3

    Shred the cabbage finely.

  4. 4

    In the bowl, add the cabbage and corn and toss to combine. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavor to blend, then serve.
