Simple recipe filled with nutrients for kiddos and adults as well. Any nuts can be added like walnuts, cashews, almonds, pistachios etc
Cooking Instructions

Dry roast all the nuts on medium flame for 5 mins and make a coarse powder.

Blend the dates in mixie jar.
- 3
Add the nuts powder and dates mixture to a pan and mix it for 4mins on low flame.
- 4
Apply ghee to both hands and make ladoos.
