Cooking Instructions

    Remove fish head. Cut. Clean and wash fish thoroughly.

    Mix seasoning, ginger powder, salt and buillion cube. Rub the spice mix into the fish.

    Put fish in a pot, add a little water and cook fish till it absorbs all liquid and is well cooked. Allow to cool.

    Debone and flake fish. Put a little oil in a pan. Add sliced onions and crushed garlic. Saute for a bit. Add flaked fish, red pepper and spring onions. Continue to stir fry till vegetables are well cooked and fish comes apart in strands.

    Use in fish pastries or for fish sauce.
