Ingredients

5 serving
  1. 1 kgsnail
  2. 1Alum
  3. Salt
  4. 4cksp Red oil
  5. 2 teaspoonBlack pepper
  6. 1big onion

Cooking Instructions

    Break off the shell of the snails.

  2. 2

    Wash with alum till is no more slimmy.

  3. 3

    Rinse off with warm water.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle salt and dry pepper on the snail.

  5. 5

    Bleach red oil in a frying pan for at least 5minutes.allow it to cool and place back on heat.

    Wash the onion and cut into two then put inside the oil.

  7. 7

    Gradually put the snail and fry.fry for 2minutes.

  8. 8

    Select it out.
