  1. Peeled and diced Yam
  2. Blended scotch bonnet
  3. Chopped onion
  4. Chopped red pepper
  5. Chopped spring onion
  6. Maggi
  7. Salt
  8. Eggs
  9. Bread crumbs

    Wash yam with clean water and set on fire,add salt and cover to let it cook.

    When it's tender off the fire and separate then from water, put in a clean bowl. Mash with a potato masher or pound.

    Add in the pepper,chopped onion and spring onion mix very well.

  4. 4

    Add in seasonings and mix again. Add oil and grease hand with oil then mould into round shape.

  5. 5

    Break eggs in a bowl add seasonings and whisked. Egg wash yam balls in whisked egg and then coat with bread crumbs.

    Deep fry in hot oil. Remove when it's golden brown.
