Cooking Instructions

In a large pan or sauce pan heat the oil,add sliced onion,grated pepper,ginger and garlic pastes and thyme and stir fry for about 5mins. Add salt and tomatoes and stir then cover to cook for about 15mins or until the water dries completely. Add the curry,seasoning cube and mix spice and stir. Reduce heat to low and gradually add in the beaten eggs.let it rest for about a minute before stirring. Once the eggs are cooked add the sweetcorn and baked beans. Stir and then cook for about 3mins.
