Egg and Tomato Stir-fry with Sweet Chili Sauce Egg and Tomato Stir-fry with Sweet Chili Sauce
I wanted to come up with a simple dish for dinner using sweet chili sauce. You can just chop up the tomato if you like, but I cut it into wedges to enjoy their fresh flavor. Don't stir fry the tomato for too long.Have you tried sweet chili sauce? It's a bit sour, sweet, and just a bit spicy. I'm addicted to it. It's ok for kids too if you adjust the amount!! I've really been into sweet chili sauce recently, and I use it to flavor chikuwa fish sticks and wiener sausages for bentos too. For 3 servings. Recipe by salada mama cookpad.japan -

Patatas Bravas with Alioli and Sweet & Spicy Sauces Patatas Bravas with Alioli and Sweet & Spicy Sauces
The origin of this dish isn’t very clear; however, Ángel Muro, in El Practicón (1893), noted that: "any sauce, any dressing, known or yet to be discovered, goes well with potatoes, even with tallow and saffron, which is how the poor in Madrid eat them." One of the first explicit documented mentions comes from the renowned journalist Luis Carandell, in his work Vivir en Madrid (1967), where he explains: "patatas bravas are fried potatoes with spicy sauce, just as you might imagine the poor would eat potatoes, that is, by dipping bread in the sauce." josevillaltaTranslated from Cookpad Spain -
Chicken Nanban with Sweet Chili Sauce Chicken Nanban with Sweet Chili Sauce
Once I had chicken nanban somewhere that tasted like chili sauce...so I tried to recreate it using chili sauce instead of Nanban sauce.Fry chicken first over high heat with skin side down until browned. Then flip it over and put a lid on. Fry over low heat to get a better result.I used chicken breast this time. It turned out soft and filling! If you use chicken thigh, it will be juicy and delicious.
