Fried rice with meat ball sauce and salad

Ingredients

  1. Cooked rice
  2. Peas
  3. Carrot
  4. Sliceonion
  5. Oil
  6. Maggi
  7. Curry
  8. Salt
  9. Onga
  10. Meat ball sauce
  11. Fresh meat
  12. Scotch bonnet
  13. Onion
  14. Maggi
  15. Salt
  16. Onga
  17. Oil
  18. Tomato puree
  19. Cooked potato
  20. Salad
  21. Cabbage
  22. Salad
  23. Carrot
  24. Salad cream

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil to pan,add slice onion saute for 1 min,add peas,carrot and keep stirring add,maggi,salt,curry,onga and some masala keep stirring for 2_3 min on medium heat

    Add the rice and keep stirring for 7_10 min on low heat and transfer it to a pot

  3. 3

    Steam the cooked fried rice for 2_3 min...done

    Wash your fresh meat,drain it grind it in mortar or blender or you can use mince meat,add grinded scotch bonnet, onion,maggi,salt,onga,curry and mix

    Put leather in your hand take a portion of the meat and a make a ball repeat to the rest

    Place the meat ball on moderate heat oil and keep Stirring until its done

    After removing the meat to the remaining oil add grinded onion, Scotch bonnet and saute for 3_5 min

    Add the tomato purée and keep stirring

    Add maggi,salt,curry, masala,onga,water stir add cooked potato and the fried meat ball stir and let it cook on medium heat until the sauce thickens

    For the salad peel and wash the cabbage and salad separately cut it in medium size wash it again and drain, wash peel and grate carrot wash it again and drain it,mix the carrot,cabbage,salad apply the cream
