Ingredients

  1. 1medium beef flank
  2. Suya spices
  3. Olive oil
  4. 2Scotch bonnet
  5. sticksSuya
  6. 1sliced tomato
  7. 1chupped cucumber
  8. 1/2chupped onion

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl wash and cut ur beef into thin slices

  2. 2

    Add ur Suya mix,scotch bonnets,salt and oil combine together

  3. 3

    Using ur Suya sticks,align ur beef properly

  4. 4

    Add 1 tbsp oil after placing them on ur Suya sticks and flip for side to side,make sure the oil touches both sides and allow to rest for 20min

  5. 5

    Oven roast at 375 degrees for 10mins

  6. 6

    After 10mins add more oil and yaji oven roast for 20mins at 340 degrees

  7. 7

    After 20mins cut into small and add some chopped cucumber,onion,sliced tomato,sprinkle some yaji and serve😋
