Went to a friend's suprise birthday party for her husband and she said she had no time to prepare hotdog roll that the dough was already proof and I say let's see what I can do and boom this baby was born.... There is no limit to creativity

Cooking Instructions

Mix flour, cornflour, sugar, milk powder, yeast, egg yolk. Add ice water / cold milk for an instant. Knead half smooth.

After half smooth add butter and salt. Knead until smooth elastic.

Do the windowpane test
- 4
Remove the dough and round it. Ready to cut. Cut @ 20gr... round put hole in the middle... place in a muffin pan insert sausage in the hole

Allow to proof for 20 -30 minutes

Bake Until golden brown

Serve with sauce or without
