  1. 1small banans
  2. 6 piecePlum
  3. 250 mlAlmond milk
  4. 1 tbspchia seeds soaked in night
  5. 120 mlWater
  6. 1 cupice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and remove seeds from plums. And banana.

  2. 2

    Take a bleander Jaar add plum, banana, almonds milk, ice and water and some chia seeds

  3. 3

    Blend to desired smoothness.serve it
