Ingredients

  1. Banana protein powder
  2. 1banana
  3. 1/4-1in piece of ginger, skinned
  4. Crushed ice
  5. 1 1/2 C.Oat milk or as needed
  6. 1small scoop of Chia seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add ginger an ice to blender, crush

  2. 2

    Toss in other ingredients

  3. 3

    Blend until smooth.

  4. 4

    Opt. Drizzle of Rose syrup
