  1. 1 cuppapaya
  2. 3/4 cupmilk of your choice
  3. 1/4 cupwater
  4. 2 tablespoonsoats
  5. 1 tablespoonchia seeds
  6. 1/2 teaspooncinnamon
  7. sweetener to taste
