Creamy parsnip & butter bean soup
Don't boil once added cream cheese and yoghurt!
Cooking Instructions

Fry parsnip, leek

Add all other ingredients except yoghurt and cream cheese. Add water, boil until very soft

Food processor

Add cream cheese and yoghurt, heat up CAREFULLY - boiling will cause curdling!
