Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Cupblack chana
  2. 1/4 cupgrated chocolate
  3. 1/2 Cuppaneer
  4. 1/4 Cupjaggery
  5. 1 spoonlemon juice
  6. 2 dropschocolate or vanillaessence
  7. 1onion if you eat
  8. 1tomato small chopped
  9. 2 spoonCoriander
  10. 1 spoonchat masala
  11. 2 spoonghee for Chana
  12. 2 spoonghee for paneer
  13. 1/2 spoonjeera
  14. Pinchasfotedia
  15. 1/3 spoonturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First wash the black chana and soak for 3-4 hours then and take 7 to 8 whistle in cooker after kulchana then wash again 2 times with fresh water and strain. Then take paneer and cut in small pieces. Now take up and take 2 spoon ghee at jeera hing pinch turmeric powder chat masala lemon juice and then add paneer and saute well. Same process take another pan take ghee.then hing onion tomato mix well then add turmeric powder green chilli lemon juice chat masala and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

    If chana will cooked then add paneer and coriander mix well and then serve.
