Cooking Instructions

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add sugar, milk & eggs. Allow until bubble start to appear on the surface.

Pour the liquid into the flour and mix to form a slightly sticky dough

Place on a work surface & knead for 4mins. Flatten out, add butter & gradually work it into the dough. Knead until dough is no more sticky

Place dough in an oiled pan & leave to rise for 1 hr. Then punch down to remove the air. Don't knead the dough. Cut out & make into desired shapes. Place on a greased parchment paper pan. Leave to rise for 30 mins

Preheat the oven. Brush the bread before baking in the oven to get that glossy shine & brown crust
