Ingredients

5 to 6 persons
  1. daal chana 1 cup soaked 2 hours
  2. daal mong 1 cup soaked 2 hour
  3. salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
  4. 1 tablespoonred chilli
  5. 1 teaspoonblk pappar
  6. 1 tablespoondry cortisnder powder
  7. 1 teaspoonhaldi
  8. garam massla half teadpoon
  9. onion 1 large
  10. gg paste 1 1 tablespoon
  11. tomatoes 3 medium
  12. green chillies 4 finelly chopped
  13. 4 tablespoonoil
  14. 2 tablespoonbutter
  15. cream for garnishing
  16. fresh coriander for garnishing
  17. Ingredients for kurkuri bhindi:
  18. bhindi 250 gm cut in slits
  19. gramflour half cup
  20. alt half teaspoon
  21. chilli powder half teaspoon
  22. crushed tedchilli half teaspoon
  23. termaric powder half teaspoon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak daal chana and daal moong 1 1 cup for 2 hours.

    Add oil and butter in a pan when melt add onion and fry arnish daal with creamuntil light brown and add g g paste fry 30 sec add spices and 2 tablespoon water fbhonify 30 sec add tomatoes and green chillies add half cup water cover and cook or until tomatoes tenders and oil saparated.

    Now add daal chana and moong daal add 4 cup of water covet and cook for 30 minutes on medium low heat

    After 30 minutes daal gey temder and mix well.

    For kurkury bhindi add all spices anove noted and bhindi in garam flour.mix and marinate for 5 to 6 minutes.heat oil deep fry until golden brown.rnosh daal with cream and fresh coriander.

    Garnish daal with cream and fresh coriander ready to serve.

hello.such a nice combo of daal & sabzi. just a piece of advice, you can write ingredients measurment as tsp ( teaspoon & Tbsp (tablespoon) it will save your time as well.Enjoy cooking with Cookpad
