  1. 1kilo chicken wings "wash"
  2. 1bulb onion chopped
  3. I bulb garlic chopped
  4. 1Ginger M. Chopped
  5. 4medium carroTs "Large Dice"
  6. 4medium potato "Large Dice"
  7. 6 slicesquash "Large Dice"
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. To tastePepper corn "cracked"
  10. 50 gCoconut milk
  11. 1/2 cupmilk evap
  12. 120 gMccormick curry powder
  13. I cup of water

Cooking Instructions

20-30 minutes

    Marinate chicken wings with salt and pepper fo 10-15 minutes.

    Saute ginger,garlic,onion in oil add chicken,salt and pepper to taste.cooked for 5 mins

    Add carrots,potato and squash cooked for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Get a bowl add coconut powder, milk and curry powder depends on you if you put all the curry powder and add 1 cup of water mix well

  5. 5

    Add to the pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes after 10 minutes add milk simmer for 1 minute

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy
