Ingredients

  1. Fish
  2. Grinded scotch bonnet and onion
  3. Seasoning and spices
  4. Oil
  5. Grinded ginger and garlic (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring pan to heat, add oil, add grinded ginger and garlic and stir.

  2. 2

    Add grinded scotch bonnet and onion and stir fry for 5mins

  3. 3

    Add seasoning and spices and continue stirring

  4. 4

    Add deboned fish, stir, cover and leave it on low heat for 2mins.

  5. 5

    Done, serve with bread, white rice or yam. I served mine with jollof shag
