  1. 2readymade Aloo bondas
  2. For toppings
  3. 1/2 cupwhisked curd
  4. 1 tablespoonboiled matar(peas)
  5. 2 tablespoonsweet tamarind chutney
  6. 1 tablespoongreen chutney
  7. 1 tablespoonchopped onion
  8. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  9. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  11. 2 tablespoonsbesan bhujiya
  12. 1 teaspoonchopped coriander leaves
  13. 1 teaspoonroasted or fried peanuts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    On a plate, crush the bondas lightly
    Add boiled chickpeas and cubed potatoes.

    Sprinkle some finely chopped onion and chillies.

    Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder and chilli powder.

    Drizzle the yoghurt, green chutney, and tamarind chutney
