Ingredients

  1. 1 packcouscous
  2. 1medium onion
  3. 3big red pepper
  4. Seasoning
  5. Curry
  6. 1/3 cupoil
  7. Diced cooked meat
  8. Meat stock

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add oil to pan,add diced meat and saute for 4_5 min,add garlic and ginger paste saute,add chop onion and saute for 5 min on low heat

  2. 2

    Add the chop pepper and saute until soft,add spices,seasoning,curry and mix,add the meat stock and let it bring to boil

  3. 3

    Add the couscous and off the store allow it to stem for 5_7 min

  4. 4
