Ingredients

6people
  1. 1 packmacaroni (pre cooked)
  2. 1kilo of minced meat
  3. 1 cupgrated cheese parmesan
  4. 1 cupgrated cheese mozzarella
  5. 1 cupgrated cheese cheddar
  6. 1/2 cuptomatoe paste
  7. 1/2 spoonblack pepper
  8. 1/2 spoonwhite pepper
  9. 1 table spooncurry powder
  10. 1/2 spoonchicken shawarma spice
  11. to tasteSalt and seasoning
  12. 3 spoonolive oil
  13. Red and green capsicum sliced
  14. 1onions minced
  15. 1onion sliced
  16. Ginger and garlic paste
  17. Handfulparsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre cook the macaroni to 70% done

    On a skillet add some oil, chopped onions, and the minced meat

  4. 4

    Add the ginger garlic paste, add the spices and seasoning to taste

  5. 5

    Add the tomato paste and let it cook through

  6. 6

    Place a baking dish or work on fire, place a layer of the pre cooked macaroni

  7. 7

    Then place a layer of the meat sauce

  8. 8

    Top with another layer of macaroni

  9. 9

    Top the last layer with cheese

  10. 10

    Garnish with onion and capsicum strips

  11. 11

    Cover up and cook for 5 minutes or bake in an oven for 10 minutes

    Sprinkle the parsley and serve hot
