  1. 3large chicken
  2. 20Red bonnet
  3. 2big Onion
  4. Curry
  5. Thyme
  6. Maggi
  7. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken into pieces and wash transfer it into a pot add seasoning spices and onions allow it to boil until soft and tender

    Mash the chicken by seperating the flesh from the bone add enough oil

  3. 3

    Begin to fold in a circular motion until it turns golden brown, transfer into a colander to remove the oil. Remove the bone and enjoy
