    Wash and cut the chicken into pieces.

    In a pot, pour the chicken, garam masala, maggi, ginger, salt, onion, little quantity of water and stir. Allow to cook for 10mins.

    Fry the chicken in hot oil and set aside.

    Blend the scotch bonnet and cut the onion into slice.

  5. 5

    In a pan, put 2tbpn of oil, ginger garlic paste, sliced onion, thyme and salt. Stir it well for 2mins on low heat. Put the blended scotch bonnet, maggi, curry powder, fried chicken,p stir it and cover to simmer for 5mins.
