Everything bagel chicken with creamy scallion sauce Everything bagel chicken with creamy scallion sauce
I grilled my chicken from frozen with the ninja foodie grill, then removed the grill plate , cleaned out inter pan , spray or nonstick spray add in my cooked chicken then my Sauce and cooked it for an additional 10 minutes. I had forgotten to get my chicken out so this is how i did it from frozen and with the ninja foodie grill. I also prefer to cook this way and not with my oven, but thats me.Enjoy 😉 ( i like my sauce like that way timer still had 4 mins to go but i stop it at that point so not a full ten mins on the baking setting when using the ninja foodie grill. )#12plates 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -

Oven Grilled Barbeque Chicken Quarters Oven Grilled Barbeque Chicken Quarters
This chicken is so flavourful, moist and juicy. It is a combination of so many flavours and they just come together to create this perfect grilled chicken, this is definitely a family friendly recipe and everyone will love it.For the seasoning, I used onion, garlic and ginger puree, as this works best for me but powder should do a decent job as well. Foodi Grilled BBQ Chicken Leg Quarters Foodi Grilled BBQ Chicken Leg Quarters
Have a lot to feed? This is an easy and low-cost dinner. The chicken is cooked well through, falls off the bone, is infused with flavors, and very juicy because of the pressure cooking but has that crispy BBQ carmelized skin from the grilling. I cook this with a Ninja Foodi and a gas grill, but any 8qt or bigger pressure cooker will work. The 6.5qt version is too small and will not fit all 10lbs of chicken. You'd need to use less chicken or cook in batches if you have less than an 8qt cooker. Additionally, you can brown the skins at the end in batches using the air crisp on the Foodi, but I find the grill to be a faster all-in-one method and better tasting.I usually serve this with mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and baked beans as sides.
