Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 kgirish potato
  2. 1whole chicken
  3. 4 cupsvegetable oil
  4. 1large onion
  5. 2scotch bonnet
  6. 2large carrots
  7. 1large green bell pepper
  8. to tasteseasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Peel potatoes wash & cut into circle shape. Season & deep fry in a hot oil, strain & keep aside.

    Wash chicken, season & grill until almost done then bring it out. Leave to cool before you add the fried chips, diced veggies & wrap in a foil paper. Put back into the oven & cook for 20minutes.

    Bring it out from the oven & serve.
