You can make use of bread crumbs without mixing it with solo coating mix,you can add or omit any spice, you can make use of uncooked chicken but should be fried under low heat and for longer time than the cooked one

I've always loved bite size crispy goodness! This is the shallow frying version, sometimes I do crave for fried goodness. Lol.I'll have to try if it also turns crispy in a mini oven or microwave, will update the post if ever. I just find it a waste to use a big oven for so little serving. SpottedByD -

Light and Tender Crispy Chicken Light and Tender Crispy Chicken
I saw a recipe for a crispy coating in a magazine some time ago. I wanted to add sauce to it, so I made it really crispy by double-frying it, and changed the ingredient amounts so that they're easy to remember. The coating is hard to make stick, but just keep trying. Reduced-fat mayonnaise is really hard to mix, but if you keep at it you can do it. Recipe by Riko kitchen studio cookpad.japan -
Mike's Crispy Orange Chicken Mike's Crispy Orange Chicken
My sweet orange sauce may be considered a bit, "just slightly on the sweet side," for some. If you prefer your sauce tamed down a bit with regards to sweetness, try cutting the sugar by half. Then, taste test it. Remember, you can always add more sugar. It's much harder to pull sugar out or, temper it.Some delicious and colorful options to this dish are snap peas, white onions, carrot shavings, red or green bell peppers and juicy pineapples [lightly simmer those in your sweetened orange marinade sauce] seated upon fluffy Jasmine rice or, even chow mein. This recipe serves four if served with rice or chow mein. Two, if served alone. MMOBRIEN
