    Ajza aik jaga krlain. Piyaz small chop kar lain.

    Sabut lal mirch,zeera,sabut dhania ko dry roast kar lain. Phir grinder main powder kar lain.

    Pan main 1 Tbsp oil garam kar ky piyaz fry krain. Phir grind masala,salt,khatai powder dal kar bhonain. 2-3 Tbsp water add krdain taky massla achy sy bhoon jye.

    Masala bhoon ky thora cool krlain.

    Harimirchain ko center sy cut laga kar seeds nikal dain. Aur bhuna masala bhar lain.

    1-2 Tbsp oil lain.bhari mirchain pan main rakh kar cover kar dain.5-7 min cook krain. Darmiyan main side badal dain.

    Bharvan mirchain ready hain. Garma garam serve krain daal chawal,pulaw, sabzi ky sath.
