Peppered chicken

I like my fried chicken extra spicy and flavourful
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly. In a mixing bowl, season the chicken with curry, thyme, salt, ginger and garlic, black pepper, oregano, seasoning and onions. Massage into the chicken and allow to marinate for at least an hour or overnight.
- 2
You can decide to either cook or grill the chicken at this point. I cooked mine until the chicken was tender. Then I deep fried until golden brown.
- 3
Place a pan on medium heat. Add cooking oil. Saute onions for about 2 minutes then add ginger and garlic paste. Saute for another 2 minutes then add the grated pepper mix and allow to fry. Add seasoning cube, salt to taste, curry and thyme, black pepper and ketchup (optional). Stir. Add a bit of water if the consistency appears too thick. Add the fried or grilled chicken to the mix and coat properly.
- 4
Garnish with green bell pepper and fresh parsley. Enjoy😉

Tender and Juicy Tandoori Chicken Tender and Juicy Tandoori Chicken
I used to add many different kinds of spices to make tandoori chicken, but I found out that simpler seasonings can make it an authentic and tasty dish!Kids love it when you serve it with turmeric rice.If you like spicy food, you can add chili powder or hot red pepper. It will be much more authentic if you add coriander or garam masala. ※ Before making the rice saute 1/4 onion finely chopped and add it into the rice cooker for an even more authentic flavor. Add extra spice if you like them hotter, these aren't too spicy, I make them a little milder to suit my children. Sometimes I just salt & pepper the chicken and don't bother with the fajita seasoning at all Vicky@Jacks Free-From Cookbook -
