Ingredients

    In a pot over medium heat, brown the minced beef until no longer pink

  2. 2

    Season with salt, cumin, seasoning cubes and bonnets

  3. 3

    Add onions and garlic saute until onions are translucent. Add potatoes and enough water to cover the potatoes.

  4. 4

    Give it a good stir and simmer, uncovered on medium low heat until potatoes are tender and liquid has reduced, approximately 20-25 minutes (depending on how you reduced you want the liquid)

  5. 5

    Pair with anything of ur choice, I ate mine with puri.
