I have carrot at home and I made a bread not knowing what to do with it so I just decided to create this sauce😁and guess what it goes well #myclass
Cooking Instructions

In a pot add your veg oil allow to heat up slightly add your your slice onions allow to fry a bit then add garlic and ginger paste

Then add your spice and stir to combine

Cover and allow to cook until oil started flowing on top
- 4
Then add your grated mixed pepper add your boiled minced meat then add your grated carrot, seasoning & salt
- 5
That's when you know your sauce is done serve with any dishes of your choice I serve my with naan bread & some coffee, yayyyyy enjoyyyy
