  1. 1 kgminced meat
  2. 40 gCheddar cheese
  3. 1 kgtomato/pepper paste
  4. 1big diced tomato
  5. Seasoning
  6. Salt
  7. water used to parboil the pasta
  8. 100 gramsbutter
  9. Curry powder
  10. Pasta shell

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil the minced meat with salt, seasoning and some onions

  2. 2

    Add the curry powder. And when cooked half way, pour in the diced tomato and allow to cook.

    When the tomato is tender, pour in the tomato/pepper paste.

    Add butter and let this cook for 25-30mins on medium heat

  5. 5

    Add the cheese and adjust seasoning

  6. 6

    Add some water from that used to boil the pasta.

  7. 7

    Allow to cook for some more 10 -15mins

  8. 8

    Cook your pasta shells until tender to taste and serve with the sauce
