Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 teaspoonyeast
  3. 1 tablespoonbutter
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. 2 tablespoonssugar
  7. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Add the yeast to the half cup of milk and keep for ten minutes to prove the yeast

  2. 2

    Mix flour, sugar, salt and set aside

  3. 3

    Add the butter to the flour and mix thoroughly

  4. 4

    Knead the flour and yeast mixture together until well combined

  5. 5

    Leave the mixture to rise for an hour, then roll it and cut using a doughnut cutter

  6. 6

    Allow it to rise for another 30 minutes then deep fry on low heat until golden brown
