Ingredients

  1. 500 gsamp
  2. 2 tspturmeric
  3. 2 tspsalt
  4. Half-diced green pepper
  5. 1carrots grated
  6. 100 gbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Add hot water to samp and allow to sit for 30 minutes before cooking

  2. 2

    On medium to high heat add samp to a pot and fill water halfway through, add the 2 tsp salt and 2tsp of turmeric allow to cook for another 30 minutes or so or until tender

  3. 3

    Once cooked, add the grated carrots, diced green pepper and butter allow to cook for a 5 minutes and ready to serve..

    Served mine with some offals and few vegetables
