Cooking Instructions

Mashed your boiled yam till it's smooth

Add in all your ingredients to the mashed yam i.e some cooking butter, onion, chopped green and red bell peppers

Add your sardine, egg yolk, pinch of salt, seasoning and thyme.

Mix them all together

Wash your hand and scoop out mixture

Mold into balls

After molding, the yam balls are ready to coat

For coating you need your flour, egg white and bread crumbs

Your first dip your yam balls into flour, then into egg white and lastly into bread crumbs

Then your well coated yam balls are ready to fry!

Pour in your oil into a pan allow it the oil to be hot, then you fry your yam balls
