Cooking Instructions

Firstly add your potash to a cup of water, keep aside. then bring your flour add your boabab powder not much and mix it, then bring your potash water and add little by little then mix it well with no balls. Keep aside

Now put your clean water in a pot then let it boil then start dropping your mix flour in it when you finish dropping then let cook for 10 mints and pack it, put in a cold water....

Serve with yaji and your fired oil or source....
