Ingredients

2 9inch crusts
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 2/3 cupCrisco
  4. 8-12 tbspice water

Cooking Instructions

    Sifted flour and add the salt. Whisk together

  2. 2

    Add the Crisco and cut in with pastry blender

  3. 3

    Add the water and fold in. Don't play with it like play-doe

  4. 4

    Divide into 2 equal balls. Flatten into two 1 inch disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour

When you say fold in water, how do you do that? Do you just stir gently?
