Cooking Instructions

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy,then add eggs one @ a time, then mix the dry ingredients portion by portion lets say divided into 3 an adding the milk in between until a batter is formed either using mixing machine or hand mixer,

Using a baking can, spread but using hand or brush divide the batter into 2 bake @ 200 degree for about 15 to 2 minutes

For the icing beat the butter untill soft, light and flufyy beging by adding the icing sugar if its too tick add sm milk to soften it divide into 2 an add the colours. Yoir cake is ready

This vanilla cake roll is all ready for the 4th of July! Its a moist vanilla cake filled and frosted with a Whipped White Chocolate Ganache for a creamy not to sweet filling and frosting. My cake here looks like it could have used a bit more red food coloring so be sure you make it dark when you are adding it. The cooking seemed to lighten the colors from the bold color it seemed to be in the bowl! Although the phtos look more pink as well. In any case its a delicious festive cake. -
