Ingredients

30 mins
3 servings
  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1/2 cupmilk or coconut milk
  3. 1/2 cupwater + more if needed
  4. 1 tablespoonsugar
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 1egg
  7. Oil for rubbing
  8. Stuffing e.g veggies sauce, shredded chicken e.t.c
  9. Utensil needed
  10. Bottlewith 3 holes on the cap

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, Combine all dry ingredients and add milk and water. Mix well untill no lumps and add more water if too thick.

    Sieve and pour batter into a bottle with a 3 holds on the bottle cap.

    Place pan over medium heat, rub oil on the pan using pastry brush. Squeeze batter onto the pan in a circular motion.

    Cook for 2 -3 mins and flip to cook other side for 1 min.

    Remove from pan and stuffed with any stuffing of choice.

    Serve!
