Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2 cupflour
  2. 1 1/2 cupmilk(3 tbsp powdered milk +1 1/2 cup warm water)
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 2 1/2 tbspoil
  5. Blended or mince meat
  6. Seasoning
  7. Spices
  8. Onion and scotch bonnet
  9. Ginger And garlic paste
  10. Soy sauce
  11. Mayonnaise
  12. Ketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour,salt, oil and milk until a soft dough like diz is form

    Rub 1 tbsp oil to the dough and mix until soft and smooth dough is achieved let it rest for 30 min

    After 30 dust ur hand with flour and divide the dough into 15 balls then dust each ball with flour

    Do for the rest

    Apply flour on work surface take each ball and roll it out until a circle is form(apply flour on it to avoid sticking of dough)

    In a slightly more moderate heat put ur non stick and place the dough keep turn both side until the roti is done...keep it in an airtight container(flask,leather etc)

    For the filling in a pan add oil,chop onion,scotch bonnet,ginger and garlic paste stir until soft

    Add blended or minced meat keep stirring until all the mince water is soaked

    Add soy sauce,curry,spices,seasoning and keep stirring until its slightly fried

    To the roti add mayonnaise, little ketchup and spread,add the meat

  11. 11

    Close it

    Add little butter,put the roti Lett it grill for 1 to 2 min and turn the other side

    Serve while hot
