Ingredients

  1. 5 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 1/2 TBSyeast
  5. 1/3 cupoil
  6. Lukewarm water, as required

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl, bloom yeast with lukewarm water for 5 mins

    In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, salt and mix truly

  3. 3

    Add bloomed yeast to flour mixture and mix, gradually add water until you form a sticky dough.

  4. 4

    Add oil and knead for 20 mins.

  5. 5

    Form small balls with dough, arrange balls in greased baking pans and tray, leave it to rise for 30 mins in warm place.

    Bake until golden brown.
