Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsFlour
  2. Butter 1/2 (simas)
  3. 1/2 cupSugar
  4. Flavour
  5. 1Egg
  6. For the fillings
  7. 1/2 cupcoconut
  8. Milk 2 tbspn powder
  9. Food colour red
  10. Icing sugar 2bspn

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl add butter and sugar and stir untill sugar dissolve, add egg flavour and mix again,add flour and knead to form a daugh, wrap the daugh with cling film or leather and deflect using rolling pin let it be smooth and leveled

    Wash and remove the coconut brown cover then great add icing sugar milk and food colour, then mix well

  3. 3

    Spread the coconut fillings at edge and roll over, open the leather and cut into bars

  4. 4

    Arrange in a baking tray, bake for 15 mins, enjoy with tea or juice
