Cooking Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients together

In a separate bowl break and beat the egg

Add the egg to the flour
- 4
Add water to form a batter
- 5
Add 1 teaspoon of oil in your frying pan and swirl to coat
- 6
Add small portion of your batter in your frying pan

Cook on the first side until bubbles appear on the surface and the bottom is golden brown.

Flip and cook until the other side too is golden brown.

Repeat using the remaining oil in the pan to cook the remaining batter

Serve and enjoy 😋
